GranDesign is working with Applebee’s to help with site-fitting prototype buildings in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. Applebee’s low-key prototype design fits right into the typical suburban atmosphere. The walls of the restaurants are decorated with local memorabilia to give each location an indigenous feel. The company operates the largest casual-dining restaurant chain with more than 1,580 of its signature Neighborhood Grill & Bar locations across the US and in nine different countries.
