Tad Grodzki is the firm's principal designer. He has practiced architecture and planning for over twenty-seven years. He has designed and managed projects for private and public industry, including the design of residential homes, retail stores, office buildings, shopping malls, country clubs, schools, government buildings, and industrial plants. He has also been principal planner for several U.S. embassies around the world.
