JAY W. DAVIES
Principal
Jay W. Davies is a principal at the firm of GDS+Inc. He has been in the architecture profession since 1974 and a corporate officer since the firm’s formation in 1995. Jay is NCARB certified and has been licensed in multiple eastern and midwest states as an architect. His project experience has included new custom homes and additions which have been published in various professional magazines over a dozen times. Jay has been filmed to show some of his projects on HG (Home & Garden) cable TV on three different programs. However, the bulk of his experience is commercial, office, retail, religious, and educational architectural projects. Jay is also often asked to lead the architectural team for VE (Value Engineering) studies as a peer review for projects such as Federal Courthouses, Corps of Engineers projects, GSA, Naval Facilities Command, as well as private corporations.
