Regency furniture store, located in Fredericksburg, Virginia is a 65,000 sf facility, converted from a grocery store to a furniture retail store. It enjoys a view of a major road, and in order to take advantage of this exposure, the front of the building is designed in such a way that it will have a commanding presence and be visible from all directions. Special attention has been paid to how the building will be viewed at night; “Kalwall window system” has been incorporated at the towers and upper portions of the center of the building to emphasis the night effect.
